On Sunday evening we learned the sad news of the death of Cees Versteeg. Cees was behind the successful Haarlem-Mutare City Link sports project. He was an enthusiastic CIOS teacher and a passionate initiator of the sports exchange program. He meant a lot to many people in the Netherlands, Zimbabwe and Nepal. With Cees, we lose a good friend.
Rest in eternal peace, dear Cees.
Cees stays in the farewell house in Bloemendaal, Bergweg 60 in Bloemendaal.
You can visit him on Friday October 6 between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. On Monday October 9 at 1:00 p.m. we will share memories and say goodbye to Cees in the auditorium of the Bloemendaal General Cemetery, Bergweg 60 in Bloemendaal. Then we take him to his final resting place. Then we will toast Cees’ life at Bartje Bloemendaal, Brederodelaan 80.
